I am Michelle, a strategic product delivery professional with over 30 years of business experience and a strong track record of success.


Throughout my career, I have worked with key customers including Accenture, IBM, Dell, and GA, delivering exceptional results.

Strategic thinking is one of my strengths, and I have played a pivotal role in scaling businesses.

Building high-performing teams is a priority for me, and I create work environments with high psychological safety, which is crucial for team success. I have led productivity-led pilots and introduced programs such as the Franklin Covey Five Choices and Essentialism book club, fostering productivity and personal growth. Additionally, I emphasise the importance of relationship building and have designed and rolled out the "How I like to work" program to facilitate onboarding and collaboration company wide.


In 2019, I conducted a fireside chat with Anita Sands on "Scaling your business," influencing senior leaders and driving growth. I am also passionate about tech stack modernisation and have been involved in a number of company wide initiatives  

With an excellent track record in retention, I have introduced stay interview pilots, conducted onboarding reviews, and led moodtracker focus groups to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement. I am committed to creating an inclusive leadership environment that fosters psychological safety and trust, enabling all team members to thrive and do their best work.

I actively share these stories in public forums, positively impacting hiring efforts. I am dedicated to talent development, implementing job architecture, organisational design, and raising the bar on talent and compensation reviews. I foster a learning culture and encourage coaching and personal growth.


I take huge pride in my role in driving a more diverse and inclusive workforce, particularly in terms of gender representation. In my previous position through my efforts and collaboration with recruitment teams, I have effectively increased the percentage of women hired from 23% to 30%. This accomplishment signifies a significant positive shift towards a more balanced and equitable workplace.
